Ordering Flow

1. Browse the catalog by brand or keyword and open a product page;
2. Pick your size (each size shows its own price and live stock) and add to bag;
3. Go to checkout and fill in name, phone, email, country, full address and zip code;
4. Enter a coupon code in the order summary if you have one — the discount is calculated instantly;
5. Choose a payment method and submit the order; shipping is calculated automatically by destination zone. Stock is reserved once payment completes, with dispatch typically within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping is charged as a flat fee per destination zone, calculated automatically at checkout and itemized in your confirmation email. International parcels ship via trackable express or dedicated lines, typically 5–15 business days depending on destination customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility — check your local de minimis threshold before ordering (e.g. USD 800 in the US, GBP 135 in the UK). We declare contents and values truthfully.
